We need name tags made for each students and staff. The student list should be divided randomly into 4 groups. These will be indicated by animal stickers (eg. frogs (amphibians), reptiles, birds, mammals). Within the group we need color stickers or colored dots to assign responsibilities.
We also need a list of student emergency contacts - medical needs for each participant.
We are also going to slide some of the money designated in the budget for equipment rental/supplies to speaker fees.
